APC seeks permanent Chief Executive to build on successful launch

In 2014 the Automotive Council asked Tony Pixton to take a fixed-term assignment as Chief Executive and deliver a successful, fast-start for the APC. A year later, the team is now established at the Hub and projects representing investment worth more than £180 million are turning low carbon propulsion technology into products developed in the UK following the first two bi-annual funding competitions.

The APC is now seeking a permanent Chief Executive to build on the results achieved so far and to implement the vision established by the Board with the backing of the UK automotive industry and government through the Automotive Council. Tony Pixton will remain connected with the APC and provide help and advice to the Board and the incoming Chief Executive.
