Future of Technology Series 2 – Automotive Advanced Materials: 2D or not 2D
Increasing demand for alternative-powered vehicles along with tougher government regulation and emission targets are driving the global automotive industry to challenge the traditional way of thinking, constantly push themselves to be innovative to compete in the race to reduce the amount of harmful emissions vehicles produce.
Last year, we launched the Future of Technology Series (FoT), a programme of thought-leadership events designed to engage academics and cross-sector industry on a range of challenges the automotive sector is facing.
Building on the success of last year’s FoT, we are proud to enable the debate in partnership with Innovate UK by hosting five events throughout 2018, as part of FoT 2018.
Kicking off the discussion on 30th January is the Automotive Advanced Material: 2D or not 2D event.
Held in the Whitworth Hall at the University of Manchester, 2D or not 2D will bring together key industry figures from the major OEMs in automotive, automotive supply chain and world leading academics to enable discussions on the use of innovative materials in the manufacture of vehicles.
We would love for you to be part of the discussion and have your say on the future of automotive. Join the Advanced Propulsion Centre on 30th January 2018 at the University of Manchester for its Automotive Advanced Materials: 2D or not 2D event.
