APC shortlisted for BusinessGreen Leaders Award 2015

The Advanced Propulsion Centre is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for “NGO of the Year” at the BusinessGreen Leaders Award. The prestigious awards cover all aspects of the green economy from transport to energy.

The nominations come just weeks after the APC announced their latest £80 million investment in four projects to help reduce CO2 emissions and create jobs in the U.K. The APC’s grant funding competitions which run twice a year give the opportunity for consortiums to create low carbon propulsion technologies. These competitions are vital in helping the APC complete its mission in turning low carbon propulsion technologies into products developed in the U.K. The latest competition for grant funding will open in May 2015. The APC is amongst 7 NGOs that have been shortlisted for the award of NGO of the year. The awards ceremony for this event will be held on the 1st of July in London.
